Return & Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Return Window: We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that all returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee to cover the costs.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping labels through the nou return portal.

  • Final Sale: Items from specific collections (as noted on the product page) remain final sale and cannot be returned.

Damages & Issues In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@shopnou.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
