Made to Order
All nou shoes are made to order. When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving a pair crafted just for you. Production typically takes 10–12 weeks from the order date. Once your shoes are complete, we’ll ship them directly to you and email tracking details.

Please note: Any shipping estimates shown during checkout reflect the time from the anticipated completion date—not from the day you place your order.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Transit times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

While we do our best to meet production and shipping timelines, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen supply chain interruptions. We appreciate your patience—your shoes are worth the wait.
